If you are interested in participating in a SHIP mission trip, please read “SHIP Policies for Short-Term Mission Trips” before completing the application packet. It will clarify the basic requirements of team members on SHIP mission trips.
After reading and being willing to comply with SHIP’s policies, we encourage you to download and complete the International Short-Term Mission Trip Application and Release Forms packet. (This packet is provided below in two formats: [1] Microsoft Word document to complete on your computer; [2] PDF to complete by hand.) Please follow the directions carefully, and submit your completed and signed application packet to SHIP by the deadline noted for each trip.
